Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed
Original tags and packaging are intact

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items
Worn or damaged items not due to our error

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

If a return is approved due to our error, BeNotableCo will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Resolution Options

In cases where an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, BeNotableCo may, at its discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

Send a replacement item at no additional cost and allow the customer to keep the original item
Issue a partial refund
Issue a full refund without requiring the item to be returned

The resolution method will be determined by BeNotableCo based on the nature of the issue, product availability, and operational considerations.

BeNotableCo reserves the right to request photo or video evidence prior to approving any return, refund, or replacement.
